Partner with a local artist to have your business uniquely represented as a street mural or in the wall mural gallery along Austin Avenue in the heart of Downtown Waco. Thanks to support from the City of Waco, the chalk art murals will remain on the street for the following week and wall murals up to a year! This event is for all, from locals to visitors in town for Baylor's graduation to enjoy.

Last year, over 12,000 people from near and far attended this event and described it as a positive, well-run experience — and it was even nominated by locals as a top community event in the Wacoan's 2021 Best of Waco survey.

Street Art Sponsorship:
Have your business highlighted in a walking gallery of street chalk art along Austin Avenue to be viewed by locals and visitors. Coordinate with an artist of your choosing or be paired with an artist by our creative team. The 10' x 10' street murals will be on display for at least a week, and your business name and photo will be highlighted as a mural supporter on Creative Waco's website. The artwork will be shared on social media by event attendees, and your business may use the image for promotion beyond this event.
$350 - street art sponsorship
(SOLD OUT) Wall Art Sponsorship:
The wall mural gallery will be an exciting area for sponsors and VIPs. Top artists will create large custom wall murals at least 10' x 10' representing your businesses around the 7th Street Pedestrian Plaza. These social-media friendly murals will be photographed hundreds to potentially thousands of times, represent a great marketing buy, and be an opportunity to support the arts! The wall mural gallery will be on display to the public for at least four months. Last year's artwork lasted the entire year! A local artist of your choosing or one you are partnered with will create a large custom wall mural representing your business. Your business gets to use the image for promotion beyond this event, and your business name and photo will be highlighted as a mural supporter on Creative Waco's website.

Whole Event Sponsorship (Includes all the benefits of Wall Art Sponsorship)
$1,500 - (SOLD OUT) Silver Level: wall mural, recognized as an event sponsor, receive four VIP tickets to the fashion show,
As a silver event sponsor, you will work with a local artist of your choosing or one you are partnered with to commission at least a 10’ x 10’ wall mural representing your business. You will be credited as a whole event sponsor, and receive 4 VIP tickets to the fashion show. If desired, you can also host a promotional booth at the event.
$3,000 - Gold Level: wall mural, recognized as event and fashion show sponsor, receive eight VIP tickets to fashion show, and have the option to host a promotional table
As a gold event sponsor, you can work with a local artist of your choosing or one you are partnered with to commission at least a 10’ x 10’ wall mural representing your business. You will be credited as an event sponsor AND fashion show sponsor, highlighted in marketing materials for both events and receive eight VIP tickets to the fashion show. If desired, you can also host a promotional booth at the event.
$5,000 - Double gold: An opportunity to sponsor BOTH Chalk Waco and Dia de los Muertos festivals as gold level sponsors
You will receive all the benefits of Gold-Level Chalk Waco event sponsorship, which includes a wall mural that’s at least 10’ x 10’, fashion show sponsorship, receive eight VIP tickets to the fashion show, and if desired, you can also host a promotional booth at the event.
For the Dia de los Muertos Parade and Festival on October 29, 2022, you will be recognized as an Alebrije “spirit animal” or gold level sponsor of the event. You will be highlighted as a presenting event sponsor on marketing materials, stage banners, event sashes, and on the jumbotron, and receive free vendor space. You will also receive eight tickets to the VIP component (yet to be announced).
$12,000 - Exclusive Headline Event Sponsor
Become our top headline sponsor and align yourself with this bold and hope-filled declaration of community, commerce and creativity! As Headline Sponsor, your business becomes synonymous with the event, and part of the Chalk Waco 2022 identity. You would receive all the benefits offered above, plus an individually curated package of benefits and hospitality opportunities to make the brand shine, cultivate customer or employee pipelines, conduct corporate entertaining, motivate and reward employees. This brand will be included on all event promotional material, potentially including billboard, and definitely including multiple television, radio, and print and news spots.
